Shipping policy

processing times are separate from the shipping times that are seen at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat rate shipping: We offer $8.00 USD flat rate shipping to United States only. 

Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00 USD. 

Express shipping: Available at checkout.

Local delivery

Free local pick-up is available for all orders in Wilkes County, NC. 

Local pick-ups will be available Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 PM EST and 11 AM EST on Saturday. We will contact you via text message with Wilkes location on phone number that is provided at check out.
